rev:text	I lived at these apartments for single year and got out as quickly as possible due to being roach infested and no matter how many complaints I would put in the front office the staff would send some one to simply "spray" outside and the roaches would never fail to come back by the end of the week and besides this they have a serious vandalism issue from having people jumping the wall from the low income Apartments next door and breaking into vehicles and apartments, they hire "security" and after speaking with the security, they disclosed that they are only hired to monitor the property for about 2 hours a night and then leave when most things seem to occur, horrible upkeep of the units and even the front security gate is broken it seems every other weekend and when moving out I asked the staff if they were going to return my deposit since I had my unit professionally cleaned including the carpet and the staff said it would be OK and that there would be no problem, only to receive a letter stating that my deposit would not be refunded and that no matter what, they send "their own" clean up guy and charged me 500 dollars to "re-clean the unit and when confronted with this they hung up on me several times and said it was mandatory for everyone moving out even though they never disclosed this information when I specifically asked about any charges when exiting my lease! And now they even sent me to collections since I'm disputing the charges they made up!
