Stayed during Super Bowl Sunday Weekend. I wanna give you a heads up if you book third party reservations (orbitz, travelocity, hotels.com, etc.) expect then to give you the crappiest rooms they have. I was a platimum member and they still didn't give me the best treatment.
The room was fine, but the bathroom was disgusting!! The shower ceiling was full of mold and rust and when I complained to the manager, she had me on hold for over half am hour and said they couldn't do anything. They said they would have housekeeping come uo and remove it but they didnt come uo for another 45 minutea and we were losing time getting ready to go out!!
The housekeeper finally showed up and said he couldnt remove the filth and needs to be painted over!!!
At the end if the night, I asked to change rooms the next day because they couldn't today and the agent said "Try back between 11-1 tomorrow."
No effort at all to help me and no one took this issue seriously. Also throughout my stay we had to continuously get new keys because they kept deactivating and we were not close to the front desk at all!!! AND THE KEYS WERE NOT NEAR A CREDIT CARD OR CELL PHONE. I never had such bad service from a Caesars property like this one especially being a platinum member.
