  • As someone with a gluten allergy, it's not often I get to eat dessert. The few times I do get dessert, it normally ends up tasting like I'm eating cardboard. These are the BEST gluten free cupcakes - they're beautiful, have the perfect consistency and they're just plain delicious (especially the lemon cupcakes)!!
