rev:text	If I can save another consumer than I will. Run!!!!! This is the worst service I ever received. I went to hefty auto to get my head gaskets fix. For the sake of not having a long winded story in short it was not fixed correctly. I took the car back since it was under warranty they insisted my trouble was not attributed to the head gaskets it is something else. So I paid for coils as they advised. I still had problems took the car back it was the indeed the head gaskets! After going back and forth for months I finally convinced them to take the car for its repairs. Terry (mechanic) was rude, sarcastic, and did everything to avoid a conversation. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. In addition I paid $190 for a water coolent tank and never received a new tank but instead only a new cap. I insisted on them finding their records to provide proof that they purchased it. I ended up having to buy another one from Firestone after it leaked. They refused to give me a refund. In the end they fixed the head gasket and have given me new problems by not replacing the engine back correctly. My sensor wire is frayed and hanging out the engine because of how they poorley reasembled the engine. Also, recently the oil pump popped off because of how they put the engine back together. I lost thousands of dollars on repairs. Not to mention I was driving back and forth from Los Angeles. I would like to sue but do not have the time or patience. So my goal is to save you and any other consumer. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I will report them. If I can provide you receipts and pictures I would. But I do not see how to up load. Yelp, we need a feature to upload images of their shotty work.
