I can't believe I'm writing this review.
Ive been here three other times, and recommended several people.
A week ago I had made an appointment for 10 a.m. to get my dog groomed. They told me they would call me when he is ready. 4:15 p.m. comes around and they still have not contacted me, and they close in an hour. I go into the store and asked if my dog is ready. The gentleman at the front had no idea what I was talking about, and had trouble even finding my dog. He then proceeds to tell me that they have already bathed my dog just not cut him. The owner comes out and says he is not ready. I told him unfortunately I'm going to have to take my dog back as I have somewhere to be. The owner said "sorry come back next week and we will take care of you." I said okay, and took my dog. Come to find out they never actually bathed my dog like the staff told me...he lied!
I figures they were just having an off day, and Ive had decent experiences with them in the past. So I bite the bullet, and I come in today. When I walk in the door, the owner and two other people are standing at the front talking. It takes them an entire 3 minutes to even acknowledge me. When finally acknowledged by the owner, I explain the situation again. He said oh no I told you to make an appointment because we cannot get your dog room today either. I said no you never told me to make an appointment otherwise I would have. His reply? Oh well...have a nice day. Bye ma'am.
This is APPALLING. As someone who is a customer service manager, this is never okay. You're employees screwed up..multiple times! Not me! To not try and make the situation right for a customer is horrible business. I am so so disappointed.
