| - Adventures in Bagels. As often as they may be good, they are not good. Inconsistency is not a good thing in business, especially for a restaurant. In any event, I do not believe they are first boiled like a real N.Y. bagel should be. If they are, something else is wrong.
At the busiest times they may be out of the most popular styles. Not good when you are anticipating your meal.
On one occasion, Owner was out of change and actually told me he would "Catch me Next Time:. Really? If anything, he should have offered to undercharge me by the difference, and not the opposite.
Also, if you need a receipt be ready to give out your email address, cause that is the ONLY way to get one. Not even sure this is Legal!
Should be given the option of a hard copy at time of service, OR, emailed at your choice.
Bagels may be good at times, but, too many other important things are off putting.
