  • Pickup time was 7:15pm, so I waited from 7:00pm - 7:30pm and saw one shuttle pull up around 7:10pm and dropped off some people. The driver drove off as I approached the front door, apparently he had no idea there was a pickup there, they barely waited 30 seconds. I waited until 7:30pm and no other shuttle came. I fortunately met another individual leaving to the airport, and we ended up sharing an Uber together (which was like $10, so much cheaper and faster shared). The Uber arrived within 3 minutes of requesting. Wasted my money on pre-booking with Showtime Tours, I was lucky enough that I was not running late. Never trusting this business again.
