  • This is my second call today. No one seems to answer the phone in Service. You have my car - 2 weeks now - and no closer to getting it back. I was in on Tuesday June 12 and had a talk with Sal regarding my issue with my car. It appears he was the only Manager available at that time. He assured me that the Service Manager would contact me the next day - Wednesday June 13. Not a word from him on Wednesday, Thursday or today!   I was told I had to authorize a part for my car with a price of around $1,100 plus labour to install. I received a call from Casey saying that part didn't fix the problem and I needed another part for approx. $1,300 plus labour. I told Sal and Casey that if the first part didn't solve the problem then take that part out and put my original part back. Order the new part and try it out.   I will NOT pay for a part - $1,100 - that did not fix the problem.   You are the experts so why can you not determine what the issue is? I will not pay for you to keep trying different parts until you find one that solves the problem.   This issue is all over the Dodge Forums. Chrysler is aware of the problem, so why can you not fix it without trying to gouge me with parts that didn't solve the issue.   If you cannot fix my car, then put the original part back in and I will come and get my car.   By the way, this was the 3rd time I brought the car in for the same problem. First time, I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. A week later it was worse and actually stalled 26 times coming from the Queensway and Islington to your location. Once again after leaving the car for 4 days, you gave it back saying there was nothing wrong with the car.   Then I was on a road trip this past Saturday and the car started stalling again in Coburg. We limped back to Toronto and to Raceway. Car stalled too many times to count on the 401. It actually stalled twice getting it into the Service Bay.   Since this is my second time filling in this form, it tells me that you do not care about Customer Service or I would have heard back from you prior to today @ 1:25 pm   Put my part back in my car and I will come and get it back and take it somewhere else to get it fixed!!!  stay away from this place!
