** THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, PERIOD **
- Sometimes they just didn't show up, yet had no problem charging me for the visits. Thankfully I'm observant and knew when they didn't come. It took me 3 calls and an argument to get the stuff taken off my bill.
- Want a call back by customer service? Forget about it. Might as well go fuck yourself.
- Was charged $59 for parts I never requested or approved.
- My service guy was stoned every time I saw him which would be fine, if he didn't totally fuck up all the time.
- Things in obvious need of repair were totally overlooked by our service technician and I had to point these things out to him. When I say "obvious" I am not exaggerating... we had a part literally SPEWING water for weeks until they addressed the issue.
The list goes on, but by now, taking the other reviews into account, you get the point.
