  • I have never had such a terrible experience with my hair. First- they sell me product that they say I can return within a week if I don't like it. When I came back the next day to return it they would only give me store credit, even though that is not at all how it was presented to me. Second- I had to use the store credit for a cut that was crooked and choppy. Third- I went in for a correction asking for 1 inch of layers in the back, I got 2 and half inch layers all over and now my hair looks super thin. I have never, ever been so unhappy with a haircut. I am never very picky, but I am so so sad about this cut. I guess that store credit is going to go to waste, because I am never stepping foot in that place again.
