  • Have been trying all evening to get through to make an appt. Dolce has the absolute worst phone system. I waited 10 - 15 minutes on hold several times before hanging up. Whenever I go to Dolce there is always a long line of people ready to check out and about 4 girls behind the counter - none act like they know what they're doing. Unfortunately I really like one of the stylists there (Karen), however, this is ridiculous - I will not be going back to Dolce.
