  • Our code was changed for no reason because somehow they thought we hadn't paid when we definitely did--early. We got a phone call saying we hadn't paid, and we confirmed that, yes, we had. When I went to the building the next day to get something I really needed, I couldn't access the elevator because they had deleted our entry code. No one was there to help, and no one ever returned our phone message. This place is a nightmare.
