I selected this location because it's the one that I signed up with and where I do most of my banking.
But honestly, this has more to do with the entire institution as a whole and their FRAUD DEPARTMENT. The individuals at this location aren't bad, though I have had better customer service experiences at the DMV.
Three times in just a few months, and both my husband and I have had our debit cards blocked for no reason and without warning or sufficient explanation.
They don't look at your purchasing history to determine if something they *think* looks suspicious is actually suspicious for YOUR account. If they made a habit of doing that, and judging certain purchases based on your personal account history, they'd do a much better job and I wouldn't be writing this awful review.
This is just the final straw in a slew of issues I've had with One Nevada since they changed from a federal credit union into a state credit union.
Between this experience and the experience I'm about to document for the N. Durango / Centennial Hills location, I'm ready to move my money elsewhere.
