This place is pretty nice. I don't live here, but have a friend that does so I visit once about every two weeks or so.
For guests, it is a bit of a hassle to actually get inside. You have to stop by the security gate and show photo ID. And the guard usually takes about 5 minutes to write information down about you. I have no idea what they write, but it does take some time.
The place offers a lounge for the residents and their guests. It includes a pool table, free coffee and hot chocolate and a TV. It also offers a movie theater which residents can reserve for certain times.
Overall, a nice place. Very clean and the concierge is very friendly.
