Horrible location. Poor service! I came in to upgrade my sons line and there was a wait. Totally understandable. When it was our turn we were approached and told that were after the lady that was behind us because what they wanted done was simpler. That I do not understand. Everyone's problems are equally important however to the staff there, that was not the case. Then when they finally got to us to upgrade I was told they couldn't bc there was a past due. That was not true. I had the text from Verizon confirming the payment however since it's a Sunday it wouldn't post in the system till tomorrow so there was nothing he could do. Wrong again. I called Verizon 1800 and they said they could stop the payment and I could pay over the phone then process my upgrade so I could pick it up first thing tomorrow with a text letting me know it was there. I would not recommend visiting this store. Call Verizon 1800 and save yourself the frustration.
