I haven't stayed here in 12 years. Kinda disappointed.
Service was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful 5 stars
Parking has walkways to casino
Casino: smaller but easy layout in a round. Bar and food accessible and affordable. Nothing super fancy.
Food: love Nine Fine Irishmen. Very tasty and relaxed setting. Pizza is good on second floor.
Seen Zumanity in the past and enjoyed it
Room: We booked the spa room for the large jacuzzi. This is the only selling point of the room. This is where they lost the stars. The light flickered. The lamp was possessed. The outlet by the tv ( the easy access one for our phone chargers) would spark and turn off. The dresser was missing knobs. These aren't deal breakers. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but this room didn't have a fridge or minibar. There were a few little things, annoying things. We didn't call them up for maintenance because the point to be on vacation is to have a stress free stay. These things should have been checked. The last thing I want to do is waste time moving rooms and repacking all my crap up when I have a dinner and show both nights.
If this was a comp room or the cheap room, I would kinda understand... that it's just to pass out before you go out and party again. This was a SPA room. I wanted to spend time in it. Soaking and relaxing. The lights flickered - not that I didn't use the other lights but it's not the experience I paid for.
TLDR room is 2 stars. For an upgraded room it was lame.
