  • My husband and I have been very pleased with Chris Goodman and how extremely attentive and responsive he is as communication is vital when renting. First day we moved in it was 117 degrees and our AC's air compressor was out. Chris was on top of it. All it took was one phone call. We have ran into various other problems.. washing machine flooding the down stairs, pipes leaking. No problem is too small or less important. He has a great sense of urgency and we always feel comfortable reporting anything to Chris. We truly feel like we lucked out with Chris! We truly appreciate you! The Kooistra's.
