  • I called reddi services and told them I had a plumbing issue. Drain was clogged in laundry area and I had standing water. I needed this taken care of quickly as I was concerned with mold growing. They sent out a technician who was nice but didn't have the tools needed for the job. He told me to remove the water and dryer and call Reddi back and have them send out another technician with a drain machine. I called them back and let them know what I needed and never heard back from them. If you want your plumbing issue resolved I would recommend using another company.
