  • If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is horrible. There was a bridal party that came in before me so I waited 30 minutes to be seen, then they sat me down for my pedicure and it felt very rushed she didn't do any type of massage that I'm used to getting when I get a pedicure and when it came down to getting my toenails done she didn't open a new pack of materials that I'm used to seeing other salons do when I come for a pedicure. When I asked her if they were clean supplies she just nodded like she wasn't sure what I was saying and just proceeded to finish my pedicure. Not to mention she cut my toenails to the point where it was too short that my toe bled. Then a guy did my gel manicure which wasn't really a manicure all he did was put my hand in cold water and cut my cuticles. It's been a week since my manicure and the gels are already lifting!! Worst place in the world to get anything close to a relaxing mani/pedi the only thing I would say that's positive is that they're open till midnight. The only reason I didn't up and leave was because this was my only opportunity I could get a sitter for my son in months. Next time I'll just wait and make an appointment stick to going to Polished nail salon!
