  • Their website shows all these beautiful dresses & gowns from different brands but when you get there none of that is available. The only reason I went there is because they supposedly carry Sherri Hill which is one of the fewer brands that carries 00 ....but upon arrival they had NONE of the 12 dresses I had pulled out the code from the website. They said the person who updates the website was on vacation and insisted I look around and try stuff on. They had NOT EVEN ONE single dress in the entire store that was double zero, only 3 or 4 in size zero (these were all long and in fluorescent colors) and a handful in size two which is already too big for me and they were not the color I was looking for.... (she still suggested they could alter it -- at extra cost of course). The mom and pop attending the store were obviously not knowledgeable of new and more fashionable and current products and dresses. (not to mention how rude they both were... the lady even sat on a chair in front of my change-room the whole time I was trying two dresses on, seriously??? not only was I the only customer in the entire store that she had the spare time to seat and wait but who does that?). When I was there I saw a lady trying a fluorescent + emerald green long gown, that is the kind of clientele the products are catered for, nothing like what the website leads to believe. If you order something from the site it may take a few weeks or months they said. So they simply have a website with products from someone else that they only call or order (from a real outlet I guess) if someone orders and pays for it. (I frankly don't need them as the middle man to order stuff from, that is soooo old school, if I wanted to order and wait that long I could do so from a hundred different stores over the internet and have a shorter wait time), the idea of going to the store is to be able to try them on without waiting... there is no science there, they are not even nice people that you would feel so inclined to absolutely do it thru them. The actual 12000 sq/ft of product they currently have is from last century, there was nothing from 2015, They might have been good quality but very very outdated. It would have been appreciated if instead of it saying in the website IN STOCK --- it said we carry NONE OF THIS and if you order it will take months (we just know someone who carries it and we can order and charge you extra)... don't waste people's time to go so far to find NOTHING of what you have on your website. Keep your site up to date and don't be MISLEADING. And buy some newer gowns and dresses, those are OOOOLD. the one on the manequin at the front was falling apart
