  • I hate to give one star for the whole Giant Eagle store since this is only about the dry cleaning. I just had a suit dry-cleaned here, and it looks exactly the same as before dry cleaning, other than it was pressed incorrectly. It still has the same spots (that are not even stains - I can get them out with water), it still smells like sweat in the underarms, and it has the same lint all over it. Not to mention - I got a discount and it was still overpriced. They have convenient hours and a great location - but it's not worth it if they're not actually providing the service that you're overpaying for.
