  • I recently visited rod works two times in the past week. It is a lovely store with a great feel to it, however on both occasions the store personal were not friendly. The first visit I got a muffled "hello" and I had to initiate the good-bye. The second visit was even less welcoming. I did not even get a "hello" or "welcome" when I walked in. I was never asked if anyone could help me. I was waiting at the resister for some time without acknowledgement. I did make a purchase and the cashier was even more unwelcoming. After the purchase I had to walk around the resister to gather my item. They did not go out of the way to help me at all. I will not shop there in the future.
