  • If you are deciding on anything to do with internet service DO NOT CHOOSE Century link! this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. Their customer service is just atrocious I have suffered through 3 years of at least 8 different modems non of which work properly and now after this last modem they shipped; is old scratched up antiquated piece of crap and doesn't work at all. I called the company they will not help me they tell me the only thing they can do is ship me another (are you ready for this) used modem. Really I pay every month to lease a modem and for service which has NEVER worked properly. I am done I need to find another option any suggestions other then COX.
