  • I purchased a 2006 Honda ridgeline from Carizona I went back five times because of and oil leak that they said was residue. I was promised by John who no longer works there and Cory who was involved in the transaction from the start that car zone is not a fly-by-night car dealership we will fix the leak. I talked to Cory on three different occasions I asked him several times to talk to the owner he said that he does not want to get involved. I told Corey that he knew from the start what I was coming back for. After talking to Cory he said what do you want me to do with a chuckle John no longer works here you want me to give you the money out of my pocket? I told him all I want is a truck that I paid cash for with no oil leak I have to park in the street because of oil on my driveway. I told Corey that the last repair job that carizona did that John said was 100% sure solve the problem. The tip of the oil dipstick is broke off from when they reassembled the oil pan. It's going to cost me $1200 for a rear main crank oil seal! I would recommend people not patronize at this dealership they are a fly by night dealership and lies to the customers
