rev:text	So, first the good, the food is decent, the jelly beans are awesome, and the ice is frozen. Now for the bad, the gentleman who was working on Dec 17, during mid-noon hours leaves a lot to be hoped for in a good service. Maybe a class on "indoor" voice, listening to feedback/questions from the customer, and maybe another class on asking the "right" questions would help. Asking, "are you done with your meal?" might be a good one to ask, given the inability to take note of my son still holding his fork when his meal was taken from the table and thrown away. No questions asked, he came, he took, and he ensured we paid full price for 1/3 of my son's plate. He LITERALLY failed to notice that my son still had a fork in his hand, still had a plate that was 66% full, and mash potatoes that were 100% full. It was rather disappointing to see such a blatant disregard for following natural customer queues and asking questions while on this outing with my youngest son. In disbelief, we decided to leave, he was rather condescending afterward towards my son and I. We paid, we left, but in hindsight, he was definitely in the wrong and I should have been more vocal about it. As well, it is unlikely we will not return to this store. It is sad, as at the start of this visit, I told my son how I liked this place and maybe we'd come with the rest of the family. Sadly, this visit sort of makes that a non-reality. Maybe he didn't like the presence of me and my son sitting next to each other talking about Pokemon? Maybe he is a Pikachu hater? Who knows, such a disappointment. Although as mentioned, I liked the food.
