Consultation service with Paul was excellent a few years back.
Installation service was OKAY - its installers did not do a thorough job in cleaning up their mess.
WARRANTY SERVICE NOW IS TERRIBLE AFTER A FEW YEARS:
05/04/2017 - The supervisor Shawn came and saw quite a few louvers of one of the shutters warped & offered to order new replacement.
06/22/2017 - Appointment was set at 8:30AM. Technician did not arrive until 9:15AM; and he only brought 2 and a half pieces of louvers when there are a minimum of 5 louvers needed to be replaced. The technician was told by Angie to take pictures of my warped shutters.
07/10/2017 - Received phone call from Angie of Sunburst Shutters requesting that the supervisor need to come to inspect my warped shutters & to take pictures again. Appointment has not been set at all. So who knows what is going to happen!!!!!!!!!
07/11/2017 - Received phone call from Darik, the General Manager, to inquire about the problem after I posted the above review with 1 star on 07/10/2017. He offered expedited rectification and apology.
07/14/2017 - Received phone call again from Darik informing me that Sunburst would send its technician out with plenty of louvers to replace the warped ones; and no further pictures are required. Appointment was set on 07/18/2017 between 11AM to 12 Noon.
07/18/2017 - Supervisor Shawn & Mr. Darik Nielson, the General Manager, arrived shortly after 10AM. Replaced the warped louvers & Mr. Nielson apologized again.
I had Sunburst Shutters did all my shutters in my previous house and this second house in the Vegas valley due to its superior quality compared to other companies.
I am glad that Sunburst stands behind its product, takes care its customers and offers expedited rectification.
