  • I was not impressed with this place. So here on Yelp there is an offer for a free body wrap and a free B12 injection. I called and mentioned both and said I wanted to make a consultation. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about on the yelp and had to ask her manager. She still sounded a little confused and booked the appointment. I called to say I was 5 min away and the lady said Ok for your free consult, you can't do the wrap today though just the shot, you can do wrap another day. So The same woman I talked to on the phone asks to see the yelp offers. She takes the phone to her manager and the managaer says it's one or the other (after the phone lady said wrap another day.) Um ok so I take the painful shot. I asked how much the shots were for future reference, and they're only $25. The place is close to me too, but I don't think I'll be returning. They are too confusing. They need the employees to be more knowledgeable on their deals, and to practice better customer service. I'll try elsewhere...
