  • Impressive! I had emailed Marco about a quote, and he emailed me back immediately, though I didn't get the email (a problem with my email account). I ended up going in. He remembered my email, told me about the problem and how it is a simple fix, and he fixed it on the spot. I was expecting a hole-in-the-wall store that one comes to expect from repair shops; but this was nothing of the sort. The store is bright, open, contemporary, and inviting, and Marco reflects all this, both in his attitude and professionalism. This guy's the real thing. It's likely I won't need a vacuum soon, but if I need repairs I'm not going to even think about another place. I'll be sure, too, to tell my friends. Really, it's that great a place. Made my day.
