  • So I took my Lexus ES350 here to save a little money because Lexus is made by Toyota. Anyways I went there for a simple Oil change and a yearly alignment. The car at that time had around 50,000 miles on it. To my dismay the service advisor came back with a whole list of things it needed like 3k+ he must've thought I was born yesterday I take my car in every 5000 miles he told me the CV boot was broken grease all around the place he said?! I didn't believe him went back and looked myself without him knowing and it was absolutely not broken! The ''mechanic''didn't know what I was talking about"? Had my Oil changed last week from somebody that specializes in Lexus and yesterday I had my breaks done they said there's absolutely nothing wrong!! Hopefully somebody shuts down this place!! Terrible how they take advantage of people god for bid you are on a fixed income or something or a single parent just want to get to work and back and you have these snakes ripping you off your hard-earned money. By the way this is called mechanic fraud.
