  • They are okay. They can answer service calls quickly, but they give you a 5 (!) hour window of when they will show up. Our repair guy called over an hour before he was supposed to show up and I was still at work. Luckily my husband was available to handle it. Pros -Prompt availability for repairs Cons - Receptionists not friendly - They give you a 5 hour window and still manage to miss it
