  • I've made several reviews and now I had to add another review. No matter how many times I have come here, this place is trash, the employees are beyond rude and I have been told point blank to my face that it is the job of the social worker to deny many claims and also insure to if a claim has been accepted to give the lowest dollar amount. Besides calling numerous times and been on the phone holding for a social worker to update my information it is next to impossible. I have called numerous times just to sit on hold for over an hour then the automated voice machine will ring and say try your call back later. Try leaving a voice message to your personal social worker and you get the shaft no returned phone calls. I give my pay stubs once a month and all I needed to do was update my home address and not one worker could pick up a phone. Also when and if you do get one they are nasty on the phone and know if they hang up on you, you would need to call back and go through the long phone wait game all over again. Also if you go in person it's almost like the DMV long long waiting lines and long long wait times to even get anything you need done! Funny how the state allows pieces of garbage to work here and allow them to get away with the disrespect and foulness they do upon others.
