  • I was excited to try this place out based on the reviews, but I was very disappointed in the wait time even though I had an appointment. Someone who announced that she did not have an appointment came in after me and was helped before me. When it came down to actually start on my nails, she did not completely remove my previous polish before starting with the new. Finally, this was place dirty. There were fingernail bits all over the floor, and it was dusty everywhere. They could really benefit from using the dust collector machines.
