We visited Clementine's a few weeks ago and I was a bit disappointed. It's very quaint and old fashioned, which is fine with me. Definitely someplace your grandmother will love. But the food was not very good at all. The servings are large but the food is stuck in the 1970s. It was bland, old school, and not very good at all. Most of us didn't even finish our plates, including the desserts we bought to share. The grandmothers in our party loved the meals but anyone under 50 wished we'd gone somewhere else.
And I know they say they're wheelchair accessible but that's not accurate. The place is so incredibly small that it could barely accommodate the very small wheelchair one of us was using. If she'd had a more substantial chair or something motorized we would not have been able to eat there. The place is tiny and a lot of seating is upstairs. We were crammed in so tight that we could barely get into our seats. And, to be honest, I was clear that they weren't pleased we had someone in a wheelchair with us. It was like we were an inconvenience. One of the servers was so rude that we were actually stunned by her behavior. Needless to say, we won't be going back.
