  • 1-800-Got-Junk was hands down the best junk removal company I have ever worked with. Although this was my first time using their service, it most definitely wont be the last!!! As a landlord I have dealt with the more than 1 mess left behind by tenants at the end of a lease, and in the past, I have gone through the hassle of getting a trailer, and removing the junk myself (which wasn't good for my back, or for my trailer - especially when I punctured my tire at the county landfill). After that debacle I tried the dumpster approach (which not only cost more, but also damaged my driveway). So this time I opted for 1-800-Got-Junk, and it was the best decision I could have made!!! The Madison Branch Manger was fast to respond to my call, very proactive in determining my needs, went above and beyond to ensure that my schedule and needs were met, and most importantly, made himself available, following up as promised with calls confirming the timeline before the service, and checking in afterward to ensure that I was satisfied with the job once it was complete. The day of the service I was contacted early by the driver of the truck that would actually be coming to my property (so I new the name of the crew members and the time that they would be there). Then they called when there were 30 min away (something I had asked for to ensure I was there when they showed up). The crew showed up right on time, they were professional in every aspect (dressed like pros, curious and ready to work). They confirmed the price and one of the crewmembers immediately started loading the junk that was in the garage, while the other walked around the rest of the property while I showed him each room, and pointed out what was "junk" and what wasn't. The crew then not only grabbed the items from every room that I needed to get rid of, but they even took out a broom and dust pan, and swept up each room. Following the job, payment was easy, they took my credit card, so I was able to earn points for the purchase, and I had an e-mailed receipt in my inbox within minutes. There is absolutely know better way to clean up a mess, or get rid of unwanted stuff, and I will definitely be using them again. Thanks for the help guys!!!
