I think Saigon VIP may try to cater to too many people - for a great experience at Saigon VIP I would suggest listening to the waiter's suggestions for house / chef specialties. There are house specialties that are perfection on a plate. Try their pancake for example. I am extremely picky, and have never been let down by the chef's suggestions. It's too bad that the menu is so diverse because it's true, they probably don't do everything well. The menu is just too big! They should scale down the menu to their top sellers and chef specialties and maybe a few seasonal options that change once in a while.
