  • As a healthcare provider myself, I understand how important it is to have a very competent and above the top support staff. Stephani at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She exceeded my expectations of superiority from my first experience with her on the phone when scheduling my exam, to the check in process at my first visit all the way thru the check out process after my cleaning (scheduled on another day). The X-Ray technician (forgive me, as I do not remember her name), was sincerely friendly and very professional while performing my entrance testing. Dr. Miller was a very caring, knowledgable and pleasant dentist. My time with him was short since he was booked solid during my Saturday appointment. My fiancĂ© and I found his evaluations to be very thorough, and Dr. Miller was very friendly and approachable. I am only dropping 1 star because I was told I could have my cleaning done the same day as my initial evaluation. My time is very limited during the week since I have a very fully booked schedule of patients to see at my office so it was imperative that I had a Saturday appointment to take care of all of my dental work in one day (very uncomplicated, just a cleaning, no cavities etc). The next Saturday appointment was almost 3 weeks away so I had to take time off from work to have a cleaning done. All in all, my experience with the dental hygienist was also excellent so it was worth it as she did a very good job with my cleaning. I guess, having to come back when I was told it could all be done in one day was just a little inconvenient for me. No biggie though, as my experience there was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Radiant Smiles to anyone looking for dental services.
