  • Jesse, the founder of the company and his newest assistant Lance arrived early, diagnosed the problem with my ac unit and within less than an hour fixed the problem. Customer service and professionalism goes a long way with me. They were both. No high pressure sales for a new unit. But Jesse ' s wise councel made the recommendation to start saving up for a high efficiency unit which will decrease my energy bills. Semper Fi, "Always Faithful."
