The room and facilities were nice, but nothing worked. Both TV remotes didn't work, the ac didn't work in the bedroom, the ac did work in the living room but they were unable to move me since the hotel was "full" it was pretty hot when we were there so that was obviously frustrating, especially since they didn't offer a discount or anything to accommodate us. My confirmation email stated I would have a balcony, when I asked why my room did not have a balcony again they told us the hotel was "full".
Went down to go in the Jacuzzi Monday Morning and it was ice cold, front desk wasn't sure why when we asked. The room key was deactivated Monday night when we got back to the hotel, when we checked in there were 4 people reactivating the room keys and I was hoping that wouldn't happen to us but it did. The confirmation email stated there was a restaurant which would have been a great convenience but there was no restaurant, seems like management has issues or something because so many of the hotel issues can be easily fixed. Check in was easy and the gentleman was great to deal with but too many "simple" issues caused us headaches.
