My AC went out after a storm. It was blowing, but wouldn't cool down the house (it was only 80 outside). I called my Home Warranty company and they contacted Ice Cube Air. It was a Saturday, and they said they'd be here Monday 10-2pm. It was a mild summer weekend, so I was not in any rush. Earl arrived at noon, and I explained the issue. He went up and inspected the unit. He told me that the freon was down by about 30% due to a leak. The condenser coil was also busted. He said he'd replace the line and valve of the leak and replace the coil. He also repaired a PVC drain pipe, and charged the freon. My home is now an icebox. All in all, took about 30 minutes. Earl was friendly, knowledgable, and quick. Can't say enough good things about this experience.
