  • Worst park in the state, not a large park like people say super cramped you can barely pull out your awning with out hitting your neighbors RV. Very unfriendly staff very fake smiles . Your stuffed in their like rats in a cage for $600 plus a month! It's under new management their putting park models everywhere with big sheds huge porches which makes the lots even smaller then they were before. They watch you like a hawk if they think you even come close to breaking one of their 10k rules they threaten to throw you out.water is undrinkable clogs up your pipes ruins your water heater and you will need to change your tanks due to huge sentiment build up .
