I am not a sprint customer. Rarely hear good things but after I was a victim of fraud and someone opened an account in my name it was a effing nightmare. You cannot talk to a live person and their fraud department is an automated system that directs you to the website then then directs you to fill out a dispute form that then directs you to send in it the mail. No way of verifying if they even receive it. NIGHTMARE. I finally went in to the store to get it taken care. 3 stars only for the manager that helped me close the accounts and make sure I was not responsible for the cost of the bill. I appreciate the customer service. Sprint would have a lot more customers if when you called you were actually spoke to a human and got things taken care rather than a freakin automated system
