  • Some friends and I decided to try out SoHo while in Las Vegas because we wanted to get off the strip one evening. I will never regret that decision! First, the food. Everything we had was amazing. The Yellowtail Yuzu Soy was outstanding. The nigiri and sashimi were so fresh they melted in the mouth. We split several rolls, all of which were absolutely fantastic. Second, the service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our server gave great recommendations and was just so pleasant! And very attentive to our glasses of water as we plowed through several pints after a day walking in the Las Vegas summer heat! All in all I wish I lived closer so that I could go back to SoHo! I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm in Vegas.
