  • One of the better experiences I have had with this establishment! And I really liked the PA on duty the day I visited. The staff at the front was pleasant. Even with it just being adults in the waiting room, the receptionist was attentive in making sure a movie for entertainment was playing while patients were waiting. She was very good at multi-tasking & pleasant in customer service. The wait was not as dreadfully long as other locations. I was surprised to see only 4 or less patients waiting for the time of day being later when it is generally pretty steady & busy! Being seen was a breeze. The PA knew almost immediately what was going on just from vitals & my description. Even took the time to let me speak AND let me ask questions- he was not quick at all to dismiss any of my concerns & really took the time to listen & help- that is a rarity at places like this where I generally feel like I was ignored & dismissed or rushed through in a cattle herd to get to the next. So I was impressed with his knowledge & skill with our brief but beneficial visit. With having had a much better than usual experience at this location & with the staff on hand that was hands-down a model example the other locations should take notes on, the only reason this can't be a perfect 5 stars is because it seems like these expedited medical options lack in the major appeal/advertising they are trying to highlight: FAST. It really never is "fast" but relatively an automatic 3+ hours spent just due to waiting & having only one doctor w/ 1-2 nurses on duty. When you know the volume of patients increases during certain times of the day or during certain seasons due to cold/flu, etc... why would you not schedule to have more staff on hand to better manage the business & leave patients feeling like it was way better, less hassle & quicker than visiting the ER? I feel like there should be more medical staff when the lengthy visit to ultimately spend 10 minutes or less being actually seen/treated is almost everyone's biggest complaint about seeking urgent medical care. Minus the lengthy amount of time & process- this is still one of the better locations I have visited and I'd definitely prefer to go back to this doctor after having received timely care from someone who was adequately experienced.
