  • I am really disappointed in their poor customer service and misleading business practices. I ordered from Canada and also had a Canadian promo code, but it didn't indicate anywhere at checkout that I was being charged in USD. When I contacted customer service, they were not at all helpful and offered to just cancel the order. I spent countless hours on two books that I was paying $191 for which was high enough, but it ended up being $255 with the conversion rate plus whatever duties and taxes I will have to pay on delivery (I haven't even received the books yet). I honestly would have paid the $255, I am just upset that I think they are deliberately misleading Canadian customers. I will never shop with them again.
