  • Contacted Norterra Cleaners about my wives wedding gown (cleaning and preserve) and the woman I spoke to said it was $90. Shortly after speaking to her I showed up with the wedding gown and the same woman said it was $165. I'm sure they do great work, just be honest with your prices when you speak to customer. Edit - Owner reached out to me and was very professional. He addressed the issue and offered a solution. Unfortunately, I had already selected another option.
