I have a vacuum that is under the 2 years warranty and when it broke I called Hoover and they referred me to this people. After going back and forth with them over me not having the receipt on a vacuum I bought almost 2 years ago and Hoover insisting they didn't need one, they finally "fixed" it. Well, i used for 10 min and starting having the same problem... worthless and waste of my time. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I'm gonna have to take it to a different place and now my warranty is expired, I will have to pay out of pocket...
