I recently rented a U-haul from this location. My issue with this store seemed apparent when they did not answer any of my calls while I had the rental. I had originally told them a time frame on the amount of hours I would need the rental, and I made sure that the hours was just for their system to know but I would be charged by the day. The person told me to call them to let them know if I needed more time. When I tried calling them they never answered, so I continued my move. I returned it the same night, and used the website to complete the return during after hours. It was the same day, but I was charged for 2 days. The charge came through first thing in the morning, even though I checked a box on the web form that said "I do not agree with these charges". I tried calling them the next day, and still no answer. The reason for a contract is to agree to a price, however, they charge what they want to and do not bother even returning an email or answering a phone. Their customer service is non existent and I do not believe I will ever get this matter resolved.
