Had a delayed flight so time to kill for dinner, instead of Tims decided to try Walhburgers.
I felt like wanting to order was intruding on the bar staffs personal space as I had to ask for menu, than ask to order after 20 minutes passed and every employee avoided eye contact, than when the runner brought my food out the bartender actually took it away from me saying it was the wrong food. I never bring this card out and I hate it but it seemed to me that there was a 2 tiered level of friendliness with the staff depending on ones ancestry, just saying. I travel a lot so notice when things seem "unbalanced". Ordered a bacon burger and onion rings , the burger was ok but pretty greasy even for a burger and the onion rings were the shredded thin type, not my style. So a negative for me, especially feeling like a lower class citizen. Again I hate saying these things and maybe the staff was having a rough night or still early jitters. and it is not something I actively look for but I do really notice when it happens.
On another note that has no bearing on my review, they really have to improve the ventilation system as I was able to smell the grease the moment I came down the escalator after U.S. Immigration which is pretty far from Wahlburgers. The smell does permeate throughout the terminal.
