| - Now that I am out of this slum nightmare, I just want to say if you put a deposit down, don't expect to get it back, more than likely the owner will just sell the place, and take your money anyways- like they did to us in 2010. We lost 400$ in 2010, and we were given a court order of their bankruptcy proceedings that we would not get our money before their other creditors. This place is a dive. their idea of maintenance is letting their hot water heaters flood the apartments before they fix it. Their maintenance crew is loud, and obnoxious. they have flooded my balcony, fixed lights to shine directly into my windows, they have allowed their kids to play with jackhammers just outside of my apartment, and then the manager had the nerve to try and raise rent by 25% this year? I think not. The pool is always dirty, and there are too many large breed dogs living there, they piss everywhere and it smells gross by the gates, and in some of the grassy areas/trees. 2014 is a terrible time to move in as well- with the lightrail construction on main. I think it is funny how the manager thinks living there is worth over 1$ per square foot. (seriously?) I guess if you cannot find a place for your large breed dog, anyone would understand why you would live here. I don't own any dogs, but I have heard a place to live with a large breed is hard to find. I have seen German shepards and pitbulls on the property. Honestly though, I am so glad I do not live here. YUCK!
