Oh god, how do the people here get their jobs? All I wanted to do was print some 11x17" posters and they looked clueless the entire time I was dealing with them. I even had to walk them step by step on how to go into printer settings and adjust the page layout so that it can print..
The lady was telling me that they don't do bleed, but the file was open in front of her and she didn't even see that I've already made crop marks (obvious sign that I am well aware of that, and made my own bleed). When the pages printed out, the poster was green (and not blue, as the file is), and they couldn't explain as to why their printer wasn't printing accurately. Literally stood there confused and said I should go to a special print shop. No apologies or further explanation than "I dunno."
They really need to train their employees on how to do major parts of their jobs, as well as work on problem-solving and customer service skills.
